Moods, the recent global release from I-Octane hit the ground running. It debut at number two on the sales-driven US Current Reggae Albums Chart within a day of its release. So you know we had to get this reggae star on the air with us. 

This is the fourth Top 10 entry for I-Octane. His previous efforts are 2012's Crying to The Nation and 2014's My Journey peaked at numbers six and eight, respectively. His 2018's Love And Life went as high as number three. 

Listening to I-Octane, you can hear the experiences that he sings about are real life events. his new album Moods proves to be a personal album. 100% female oriented, this is the first time he has done a project of this magnitude. "I never came across this way... so this is one of my favorite," the reggae artist sounded with.

We also had to ask him about the critics thoughts on the language of the album: "Those people do not believe in growth... there expectation for me is to high... no ones expectation of anyone should never be high," he responded. "You like multiple colors, you like multiple artists, Yes I am one of your favorite artists, but you like artist that do dancehall music and do x rated music culture music Pop music Soul Music gospel music. so, if you like multiple things why do you... expect me to be one dimensional?"
