J. Lee " Dream " Keun Woo J. Lee  Will be joining B.O.S.S. Radio for a live interview to discuss the release of his video releasing May 31st, DREAM. This Korean talent has a whole career ahead of him and his motivational pop song (이근우) was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in California. J. Lee started his musical journey with the piano at three years old. By the time he was five, he was actively learning to sing and taking piano lessons. J picked up other instruments — like the guitar and drums — as he grew older. J found much of his passion for music early on from both the Korean and American cultures. His influences come from Korean ballad and R&B artists like Kim Bum-soo (김범수), Yoon Min-soo (윤민수), Jay Park (박재범), and Shin Yong-jae (신용재). Artists like Brian McKnight, Boyz II Men, Justin Bieber, and Bruno Mars also inspire J. Lee’s music. The young singer is an audio engineer and producer. X-Fakkta Presents Effex Music's own Dale Hicks and Big Wood Live Producer of "I Want Your Love", winner of First place in the New York Regional mixed National Musical Trade Association, Dale Hicks of Effex Music joined Mr. E with Big Wood and hipped us to the plays they have been making these past 35 years. Giving us the key to success, which is of course patience, they exhibit knowledge of the different progressions of the industry and still continue to create amazing music that reaches to the root of rhythm and the cause of blues. The excitement of HipHop has been captured in the beats that comes out of the Effex Music Camp. With Big Wood, the first cousin, working hard as publicist, was not afraid to challeng the hip hop moguls in finding a way to stop the violence, in wake of the senseless murder of Nipsey Hussle. Commenting on the necessity of artists to finally take responsibility for the actions of the paper that they write their lyrics on. So Tune

American Pharaoh: The Original This Is America

Image
American Pharaoh Jase Harley was robbed At First, when I heard some rapper named Jase Harley called my boy Donald "Childish Gambino" Glover a house slave, I thought and who is this cat think he is DJango. But, after doing a little more research on him, I only have one question: HOW DID WE LET CHILDISH GAMBINO STEAL THIS MAN SONG? The resemblance of the songs screams more than simple biting or inspiration. This Is America Is Straight Hijacked. Now, we all know that artists are inspired by other artists, even to the point where back in the nineties, successful artists would not take a demo tape on fear of being accused of stealing songs. But, I haven't seen one article where Danny Glover is admitting he at least borrowed the New York rappers most Viral song American Pharaoh, to create This Is America. Which means the song is stolen.  One thing that Childish Gambino did do for the song is have an excellent choreographed video that encapsulated the entir

But, Mark was known before his stardom as the racist white kid charged in hate crimes against blacks and asians.    Well, "Black" Instagram is letting him have it. Image
Kendrick Lamar Drake Childish Gambino Will They Even Be There? Three of the biggest names in hiphop have turned down Grammy show producer Ken Ehrlich invites to perform at this years Grammy's. With their respective reps not answering any questions yet about there appearances at the grammy's, it leaves one to wonder if this is a social stand for something.  We know Drake is irritated at the fact that he won Best Rap Song in 2017 for a song that wasn't even a rap song "Hotline Bling," recognizing the fact that a more noteworthy RAP song could have taken that award, like "Ultralight Beam".  Ariana Grande also declined to perform when when producers asked her to not perform her newest single "7 Rings." She came after the producer, Stating that he was lying about her in an interview Ken had, where he stated the artist "felt it was to late to pull something together." Stating on Social Media, "I

R Kelly should be locked up

Image
Why Have We Not Handled This R. Kelly Fiasco? R. Kelly preys on underage girls. I am a big advocate of great music. But I also defend our children with a fierceness of a lion. It seems music has affected the morals of the black community (or is it just the fame). Now, we believe that our entertainment celebs of this generation must be protected at all cost, EVEN IF THEY ARE HORRIFICALLY WRONG.  R. Kelly was not only accused of sexual misconduct with a minor, but he also filmed his self committing this atrocious act on camera, FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO SEE. But, as we know Blacks can be fickle and swayed in any direction that needs to be taken at the time, let him go. And, still fight for him today.  Join Mr. E Da Gutta Baby and Ebonny Starr as they cover his whole career starting with his claim of being the Pied Piper, after the story of the man who led children out of a village with a flute to teach the parents a lesson. To him marrying a 15 yr old Aaliyah (May her so
