Meek Mill Issues Property Challenge to Top Rappers Meek has told these rappers to step their game up. Instead of jewelry and cars, he told them to "keep it up to par but let's switch it up." In his recent attempt at justice reform, Meek has been showing a more maturer approach to life since his release from his controversial incarceration . Not to many of these elite rappers (matter of fact none in the new generation) stepped up to the challenge. Scarface cosigned by commenting that rappers need to stop bragging on jewelry and start stockpiling land.
